How It Works:
When VendorSeek.com receives a request from a business consumer, the request is then evaluated and verified for authenticity. Once the request is verified, the corresponding vendors are alerted of the new lead via email. The vendor then uses their personal login to VendorSeek.com where leads can be viewed and managed. The turnaround time for this process is typically under 4 hours.

How Many Vendors Receive Each Request:
VendorSeek.com limits the amount of vendors who receive any given request to between 3 to 5 vendors based upon the volume and nature of the request.

What Percentage of Leads Result in Sales:
Depending on the category, our current vendors close between 15%-50% of the leads provided by VendorSeek.com. Our low-cost per lead pricing has been designed specifically to maximize your return on investment and many of our vendors have this program to be the best use of their marketing dollars.

What Does A Lead Request Look Like:

How Much Does It Cost:
There is a $99 annual account fee and a charge per lead based. Charges vary between categories and your selected parameters. You can view our pricing page here. Please note: changes to your vendor profile may result in increased lead request fees and/or a profile change fee.

What If My Category Is Not Listed:
VendorSeek.com is constantly seeking new and innovative categories to offer our customers. Simply contact us at sales@VendorSeek.com and a sales representative will contact you to discuss.

How Many Leads Will I Receive per Month:
That will depend on which category and parameters you choose. Some of our Approved Vendors receive in excess of 500 lead requests per month and some as few as 5 per month.

What Is Your Cancellation Policy:
VendorSeek.com offers an open cancellation policy to all of our Vendors. If for any reason you wish to cancel your account, you can submit a notification to: custserv@VendorSeek.com. We will discontinue assigning leads to your account immediately and you are only responsible to pay any outstanding balance you owe. Should you choose to cancel our services in the first 30 days, your $99 annual account fee will be refunded.

Do You Have a Return Policy on Lead Requests:

When will I be billed for the lead requests that I receive:
Upon approval of your registration, your credit card will be charged for the $99 Annual Account Fee and all other charges are applied on a monthly basis. At the end of each billing month you will have 72 business hours to review this for accuracy, after which your credit card will be charged for any advertisements and the leads you received during the month.
**Please note that your invoice will be processed each time it reaches $500 for the first 90 days.**

How do I view my account:
Upon registration with VendorSeek.com, you will be asked to create a user name and password. This can then be used at any time to view and manage leads, as well as check your invoices.

Can I limit the number of leads that I receive each month:
Yes. When filling out the registration form you will see a field labeled "Cap Amount," where you simply enter the dollar amount you do not wish to exceed each month. This can be adjusted up, down or be removed at anytime by logging into your account and modifying your profile. Please be aware that the "Cap Amount" only relates to your monthly spending on LEADS .

VendorSeek.com provides a logo link service that allows approved vendors to place their logo on our request pages which acts as a hot link to their own website. In addition, VendorSeek.com has an extensive opt-in email list that can be rented as part of our monthly newsletter or as an exclusive advertisement.
